unfinished port of mkfs.fat (github.com/dosfstools/dosfstools)to the lame shitty shindoshs (compiles and works just fine under normal OSes!)Also fixed to use ONLY image files (no more devices).(lvd) I'm only able to test it with either'make' (native linux binary)or'make CC=i686-w64-mingw32-gcc' (lots of errors)
